Executive Assistant to the President

Reports to: President
Department: Executive
Classification: Exempt

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Coordinate the day-to-day activities of the President and Executive staff
  • Coordinate with all HAI staff members on special projects
  • Act as a liaison between the President and the Board of Directors
  • Prepare presentations for upcoming meetings
  • Monitor and manage internal and external communications
  • Prepare correspondence
  • Maintain records and files
  • Plan events and make travel arrangements as necessary
  • Serve as staff liaison between the Executive Department and other staff
  • Manage and coordinate the daily and long-term calendar schedule
  • Assist the Director of Human Resources / Administrative Services as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

DESIRED REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree
  • Minimum of 2 years experience providing Executive level administrative support
  • Strong knowledge and skills relating to the latest applicable software and technology
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
  • Detail oriented self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proven customer service experience
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to multitask on simultaneous projects while meeting assigned deadlines
  • Ability to travel
