HAI/Operator Survey of the usage of HUMS/HVMS and or other diagnostics systems.

HAI is pleased to be working with the FAA on usage validation for Health Monitoring Systems (HUMS)-equipped helicopters. Please take a couple minutes to fill out a short survey regarding the use of onboard monitoring systems on rotorcraft in your fleet.

1. Are HUMS/HVMS and or other onboard rotorcraft vibration diagnostics used on rotorcraft in your fleet?

2. If so, how many aircraft in your fleet are equipped with HUMS/ HVMS and or other onboard monitoring systems?

Please list the make and model of aircraft with corresponding equipment.
