The House could vote Saturday, Nov 7 on the healthcare overhaul bill. Democratic leaders continue to nail down votes.

The House vote is expected at 6 p.m. Saturday.

The abortion issue and language in the bill to prevent abortion services from being covered remains one of the biggest headaches for Democratic leaders working to round up the 218 votes needed for passage.

Republicans remain united in opposition to the bill.
