Aircraft Repair Station Security

The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) is proposing to issue regulations to improve the security of domestic and foreign aircraft repair stations as required by the Vision 100-Century of Aviation Reauthorization Act. The proposed regulations establish requirements for repair stations that are certificated by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) under 14 CFR Part 145 to adopt and implement a standard security program and to comply with security directives issued by TSA.
