The Hilton Anatole Hotel will be the headquarter hotel for HELI-EXPO 2012. We recommend that you make your reservations as early as possible as the attendee and exhibitor room blocks at the headquarter hotel sell out quickly!
There are also 9 other hotels to choose from that offer discounted HELI-EXPO® rates along with various amenities. You must make your reservation(s) through Connections Housing to receive the discounted rates. For your convenience we have created a “Hotel Amenities Chart" so you can see a complete list of the hotels, including their rates, distance from the convention center, and amenities. This is a very useful tool when trying to decide which property best suits your needs.

As the official housing agency for HELI-EXPO 2012, you will never be asked for a deposit; the only financial requirement is credit card information or a check to guarantee your reservation.
