News Conference Request Form

HAI will provide a riser, backdrop, lectern with sound system, seating for presenters and media, laptop, projector, and screen.

All news conferences will be limited to 45 minutes, with 15 minutes’ set-up time for the incoming presenter scheduled between news conferences. Exceptions to the 45 minute time limit may be made, depending on demand.

As a reminder, any news conferences scheduled on Media Day, Monday, March 4, must be held in the designated news conference room. March 4 is the final set-up day for the Exhibit Hall floor and the Halls are off limits to anyone except exhibitors and service providers.

Upon completing and submitting this form, you will receive email confirmation that your request has been received. The news conference schedule itself will be finalized and confirmed on or about Jan. 28, 2013. The order in which requests are received will be one of several criteria used in determining news conference slot assignment.
