Alexandria, Va. – Helicopter Foundation International will once again be holding its fundraising silent auction at HELI-EXPO®, which will take place March 4-7, in Las Vegas. This year’s auction will feature a number of exciting offerings, including several trainings such as: an AW139 Recurrent Training offered by FlightSafety International ($20,000 value), Sikorsky S-76 Initial Training offered by CAE SemuFlite ($33,500 value), Aircraft Ditching Course offered by Survival Systems ($600 value), and an SMS course offered by HAI ($1,125 value).
HFI's Fundraising Auction is an amazing opportunity for bidders and donors to become part of the foundation's important work. Through your involvement, you are taking an active part in shaping the industry's future. HFI’s auction is also a great way for donors to increase their exposure during HELI-EXPO. Donated items will be displayed during four days of the show in front of more than 20,000 HELI-EXPO attendees.
HFI thanks the many individuals and organizations who once again donated auction items to help HFI in its mission to educate the next generation of helicopter pilots and maintenance professionals through its scholarship and mentoring programs, Heritage of Helicopters Display, and its efforts to preserve helicopter history.
HFI is a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit organization, and items donated or monetary contributions to the Auction are tax deductable as far as federal law permits. All items with a monetary value greater than $50 are welcome. For more information about the auction or about HFI's goals and programs, contact the foundation's vice president/curator, Martin J.
