Las Vegas – Max Bucher, President and CEO and Aerolite representatives from Switzerland and the US are attending HELI-EXPO 2013.
2012 was a busy year comments an Aerolite representative. “There were many accomplishments throughout the year. One of the highlights was the delivery of ten medical interiors for the AW139. 
The other one was a very challenging engineering task to certify a new swiveling adapter for a crash attenuating medical attendant seat to FAR 29.562(b) requirements. Another big step forward was the introduction and certification of a new very lightweight interior for the Bell 429. This interior allows quick change configurations in order to meet multiple ALE, EMS and SAR mission requirements. A targeted maximum weight of 260lbs (120kg) for the whole interior, including seats and cabinet, stretcher loading platform and systems was met.
There is more to come with introductions of new interiors and designs for intermediate and medium size helicopters throughout 2013.
