The Helicopter Museum in Weston-super-Mare, Somerset, England, has taken delivery of a rare Gyrodyne GH-50D DASH (Drone Anti-Submarine Helicopter), developed in the 1960s and the first vertical take-off/landing unmanned air system (UAS) in the world to enter operational service.

The National EMS Pilots Association has released an online survey for helicopter air ambulance pilots. The survey was designed to gather feedback from pilots to be used by the Aviation Rule-making Committee (ARC) that is currently discussing potential changes to the regulations related to training requirements for helicopter pilots in general, with some specific considerations for the training of helicopter air ambulance pilots.
