With the easier of two Keystone XL pipeline votes taking place as early as Friday, November 14 in the U.S. House of Representatives, President Barack Obama could still veto a bill allowing the pipeline to go ahead. Obama's "dim" view of such legislation has not shifted, according to White House press secretary Josh Earnest.
