All three busted a temporary flight restriction over the Williamsburg, Va. area, imposed while President Barack Obama was there preparing for his debate with Gov. Mitt Romney on Tues., Oct. 16. The threat of a bill (S.1813) that contains a poison pill (S.Amdt.1779) for the air tour industry and all of aviation remains dangerously alive, even as House and Senate conferees remain at loggerheads on issues large and small.
