HAI Seeks Tenants to Share New Headquarters Building

HAI Seeks Tenants to Share New Headquarters Building

The Helicopter Association International’s upcoming move to its new headquarters building offers some unique opportunities for aviation businesses or associations that need easy access to Washington, D.C.

The entire second floor of the building – more than 16,000 square feet located in historic Alexandria, Va. – is available and can be divided if necessary. Another 5,000 square feet (approximate) of mixed retail/office space is available at street level, as is 8,000 square feet of dedicated retail space.

The building is located just a few minutes’ walk from the King Street Metro station, which is only a few stops away from the FAA, National Transportation Safety Board, and U.S. Department of Transportation. There is also easy access by road to downtown Washington, as well as Ronald Reagan/National Airport and Union Station.

For nearly 65 years, HAI has been dedicated to serving its members and protecting the interests of the vertical flight industry. The association hopes to find a company or organization that is equally as passionate about and dedicated to aviation.

Parties interested in the space should contact Eric Berlin or Jessica Miller at Cushman and Wakefield.
