Show Low, Ariz. - Aero Products Component Services, Inc. a leading global helicopter support company, announces three promotions of key personnel into new leadership and support positions.
Brian Parent has been promoted to Director of Sales. Brian has spent five and a half years at Aero Products as Sales Manager and has over 30 years of experience in helicopter parts and component sales, with added expertise in Rolls Royce engines. In is new key leadership position, Brian will be responsible for further developing strategic sales plans and implementation, and will set performance expectations for the entire sales team that coincide with the customers' expectations of our company.
Scott Klein has been promoted to Sales Manager following his dedicated 22 ½ years with Aero Products as the Shipping Manager and Sales Representative. Under his expanded responsibility, he will be responsible for the development and performance of all daily sales activities. He will also staff and direct the sales team by providing leadership to ensure total customer satisfaction.
Shary Kopp who has worked at Aero Products since 2009, has been promoted to Customer Service Sales Representative. During her 4 year tenure at Aero Products, Shary has been a Shop Assistant, Shipping Assistant and interim Shipping Manager. In her new position, she will be responsible for exhibiting customer service excellence to the customer at all times, as well as organize workflow to meet a customer’s requirements and deadlines. She will establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers to generate new business for the company’s products and services.
